Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to valid addresses within the United States. Standard delivery does not include P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted carrier locations. For addresses outside the United States, please contact us before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom, made-to-order, oversized, or high-value lighting products may require additional preparation time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes processing time plus transit time. Standard shipping is usually delivered within 20-30 calendar days after the order is placed. Expedited shipping may be available for selected orders and normally takes 7-15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders unless otherwise shown at checkout. Expedited shipping, oversized-item freight, remote-area delivery, or special handling fees may be quoted separately or shown during checkout.

Tracking

After your order ships, we will send tracking information by email. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout. If you need to change an address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once a package is in transit, address changes may not be possible and may be subject to carrier fees.

Delays, Customs, and Duties

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs inspection, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If any import duties, taxes, or customs charges apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise required by law.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or carrier claim where appropriate.
