How many lights does it include?

It's a modular multi-light design offered in several head counts (for example 3, 6, or 8 lights). Please confirm the exact configuration and cord length before ordering, especially for tall stairwell installs.

How high should I hang it?

Over a dining table or island, hang the lowest tube about 30–36″ above the surface. In an open walkway, keep the bottom at least 7 ft from the floor. In a stairwell, stagger the tubes so they step down to follow the staircase.

How is it installed — do I need an electrician?

This cluster chandelier is hardwired to a ceiling electrical box via a single or multi-port canopy. Because of the weight and multiple cords, we recommend installation by a qualified electrician. Always switch off power at the breaker and confirm the wires are dead before any work.

What bulbs does it use, and what's the best glow?

Each pendant uses a standard E26 base. For the warm glow shown in our photos, we recommend soft 2700K warm-white LED bulbs.

Will the tubes look exactly like the photos?

Because alabaster is a natural stone, each tube carries its own unique veining and subtle color variation. Your natural stone chandelier shares the same character and quality shown in the photos, but the exact pattern is one of a kind — an inherent feature of natural stone, not a defect.

Can it be customized for a tall stairwell?

Yes. We customize cord length, head count, and configuration for double-height foyers and stairwells. Send us your ceiling height and the drop you want, and we'll help plan the cascade layout before you order.

How do I clean an alabaster chandelier?

Wipe each tube with a soft, dry cloth only. Avoid water, harsh chemicals, and prolonged moisture, as alabaster is a porous natural stone. With gentle care, this organic-modern cluster light ages beautifully for decades.
