- How long does delivery take?
- Standard sea freight is estimated at 25–35 calendar days after dispatch. Express delivery, when available, generally takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Production and preparation time are additional.
- What if the fixture arrives damaged?
- Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the fixture, packaging and shipping label. We cover an appropriate repair, replacement or refund and reasonable return shipping for verified damage, defects or an incorrect item.
- How should I clean the fixture?
- Switch off the power and allow the fixture to cool. Gently dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the fixture.
- Can I return it?
- Eligible unused, uninstalled items can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Contact us first. Change-of-mind returns go to our designated warehouse in Asia at your expense; verified defective, damaged or incorrect items are covered by us. No restocking fee applies to eligible approved returns.
