- Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos of the fixture, packaging and shipping label. Our team will review the issue under our Shipping and Refund Policies.
- How should I clean the fixture?
- Switch off the power and allow the fixture to cool. Gently dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the fixture.
- Can I return it?
- Eligible unused, uninstalled items may be returned within 60 days of confirmed delivery. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before ordering.
