Dimensions & Suspension
See the selected size option for its listed dimensions. Current configurations list a height of 78.7 in / 200 cm. Confirm the supplied cable length, finished hanging height and canopy dimensions for your configuration before ordering. Square-canopy measurements should be confirmed as width and length.
Pendant drops can be arranged at different heights during installation. If your project needs a longer drop, contact us to confirm available customization before placing the order. Inch measurements are approximate.
Bulbs & Installation
This design uses G4 bulbs. Bulb inclusion, color temperature and dimming compatibility should be confirmed for the selected configuration. Dimming requires compatible bulbs, control equipment and any applicable transformer.
Have a qualified electrician assess the ceiling support, mounting hardware and electrical requirements. Plan the pendant spacing and hanging heights before installation, and follow the instructions supplied with the fixture.
Care & Delivery
Switch off power and allow the fixture to cool before cleaning. Dust the porcelain and glass gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and handle the shades carefully.

- How long does delivery take?
- Standard sea freight is estimated at 25–35 calendar days after dispatch. Express delivery, when available, generally takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Production and preparation time are additional.
- What if the fixture arrives damaged?
- Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the fixture, packaging and shipping label. We cover an appropriate repair, replacement or refund and reasonable return shipping for verified damage, defects or an incorrect item.
- How should I clean the fixture?
- Switch off the power and allow the fixture to cool. Gently dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the fixture.
- Can I return it?
- Eligible unused, uninstalled items can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Contact us first. Change-of-mind returns go to our designated warehouse in Asia at your expense; verified defective, damaged or incorrect items are covered by us. No restocking fee applies to eligible approved returns.
